On 03.09.2021, The National Investigation Agency filed a charge sheet against Sachin Vaze the first investigating officer in the Ambani Bomb Scare case, and 9 others.
Besides Waze, the 9 other accused named in the charge sheet are Pradeep Sharma, Vinayak Shinde, Naresh Gor, Riyazuddin Kazi, Sunil Mane, Anand Jadhav, Satish Mothkuri, Manish Soni, and Santosh Shelar.
The 9000 pages charge sheet that was filed by the NIA contains the citation of 200 witnesses. The NIA has accused the arrestees of the offences under the Indian Penal Code that includes Explosive Substances Act and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act for offences of 302(murder), 120B (conspiracy), 201(destruction of evidence), 364 (kidnapping), 286 (negligence with explosives), 384,386 (extortion), 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 419 (cheating by impersonation), (465) forgery, 471 (using forged document as genuine), 473 (counterfeit plate) and 506(criminal intimidation) under IPC.
Along with this NIA has also charge-sheeted the 10 arrestees under The Unlawful Activities (Prohibition) Act i.e. UAPA.
The 10 people who are also accused under the UAPA are as follows:

Sunil Mane.
Anand Jadhav.
Riyazuddin Kazi.
Santosh Shelar.
Satish Mothkuri.

In Its Press Statement, NIA said that "During investigation, incriminating evidences came to fore against the above mentioned 10 arrested accused involved in various stages of conspiracy of placing explosive-laden Mahindra Scorpio vehicle, its theft and commission of murder of Mansukh Hiran,"
